Coach Lizzie started as the motivation for the original Chaos team and loved the game so much that she wanted to give back to the next generation of players. She has been a player, umpire, assistant coach, and now head coach.
Lizzie started her coaching career as an assistant coach on the Chaos 18U team in 2014. In 2016, she had her first season as a head coach of our 14U team. After working out some growing pains during the team's first year, Lizzie has led her team to a number of wins this season, including a runner up title at the Pitch for the Cure tournament in York. Lizzie has recently joined the coaching staff at Lincoln Southwest High School as the assistant coach for the Reserve team.
Lizzie is assisted by Torey Jackson. Both former Chaos players (an infielder and an outfielder), they can share their personal experience with players to help them get where they want to be. They make a great coaching team! Starting in 2018, Lizzie and Torey will have another person helping on their coaching team, Samantha Dunavin. With her extensive pitching experience, Samantha will have a lot to bring to the team!
Lizzie and Torey and Samantha are looking forward to an even more successful season in 2018!
