Use the form below to order your jersey for the 2023 season.  Coaches will let you know which jersey(s) you need for your team.    Orders are due by January 31st.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is the family's responsibility to communicate with your coach to ensure that the style of jersey you order matches that of your team.  If you are ordering more than one jersey, you can select multiple styles with the same size.  Parents/players are responsible for the size they order.  There are no refunds for wrong sizes, numbers or styles ordered.

Jerseys are $60 each ($35 each for 10U players).  Payment must be made via Venmo or Paypal before jerseys will be ordered.
