Stephanie Holdsworth

Chaos 14U Coach
Stephanie Holdsworth grew up in Bennet, Nebraska, and graduated from Palmyra High School, where she was a multi-sport athlete active in a variety of extracurriculars. Raised on the softball field, Stephanie was introduced to the game through her father, who played Men’s Fastpitch until she was 14. That same year, she joined her first travel team and continued playing competitive softball through high school and college.

Stephanie went on to play collegiate softball at Peru State College before beginning her teaching and coaching career. She taught for six years at West Point-Beemer, where she served as an assistant softball coach for two seasons and then as head coach for three. For the past six years, she has been a teacher at St. Paul High School and worked as both an assistant high school softball coach and the head coach of a 14U summer team.

Now transitioning to Omaha, Stephanie will be teaching at Louisville High School in the fall and continuing her commitment to youth development through softball.

Stephanie’s coaching style is direct, structured, and focused on individual growth within a team-first environment. She believes 14U is a critical age for building confidence, sharpening fundamentals, and instilling discipline. Her communication is clear and consistent, helping players understand expectations and build trust.

Above all, Stephanie emphasizes constructive feedback, personal progress, and team accountability. She wants every player to feel like they’re moving forward—not just to win games, but to learn how to compete, collaborate, and carry themselves with purpose.
