Josh brings over seven years of experience coaching baseball, softball, and football, along with an 11-year background as a baseball player. Whether on the field or in a professional setting, leadership and mentorship have always been a central part of who he is.

What Josh loves most about coaching is helping players gain the tools they need to succeed—and watching the joy on their faces when it all clicks. “Seeing that moment when everything comes together is an incredible experience.”

Josh describes his coaching style as firm but fair. He holds his players to high standards, but leads with encouragement, support, and a strong focus on skill development to fuel both confidence and growth.

When it comes to life lessons, Josh hopes his players walk away with more than athletic ability. He emphasizes Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Sportsmanship, and Teamwork—values he believes extend far beyond the game. “We’re building more than just ballplayers—we’re building a community of individuals prepared to make a lasting impact.”
